BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION
On April 13, 2005 a National Comprehensive Report database search was performed. The report confirmed the subjects current address to be 123 Fine Road, Northville, Michigan. The report also confirmed that Patrick White is the current property owner of the aforementioned Fine Road address. The parcel number is 15101303014. The property was purchased by Patrick White on July 27, 2000 for $169,900.00. Patrick White financed his residence with York Financial, Incorporated for $165,000.00.
Online database searches also found a 2000 Jeep Cherokee, Michigan registration number 2MM03, a 1985 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, Michigan registration number 2MM02 and a 1983 Honda motorcycle, Michigan registration number 1787D.
SUMMARY OF INVESTIGATIONS
On Saturday, April 23, 2005 surveillance found Patrick White home. He remained within the confines of his residence throughout the duration of the surveillance. Video was obtained of his vehicle and the residence for file documentation purposes only.
On Sunday, April 24, 2005 surveillance found Patrick White departing his residence in the early morning hours in his Jeep Cherokee. After leaving his residence, Mr. White stopped at a local Speedway gas station and fueled his vehicle. He then drove at a high rate of speed on snowy roads with no lights on through the Detroit suburbs and arrived in Southfield, Michigan shortly after 10:00 a.m. After discreet inquiries and online database searches, it was determined that Patrick White was working with a theatre production team called, PPO Productions. Because Patrick White was within the confines of an old historic theatre and out of view for video documentation, this investigator elected to perform on-foot surveillance. Upon entering the theatre, Patrick White was videotaped while standing behind a computer and a control panel. Patrick White did approach this investigator and voluntarily stated that he had to be there at 10:00 a.m. to set up the lighting system because he was the only person that knew how to do it. Other videotape was obtained of Patrick White as he stood near the stage. The PPO Productions team is preparing for a play written by Norm Foster called the Office Hours, which starts May 6th and ends May 22nd.
On Monday May 2, 2005 surveillance found Patrick White departing the residence in the afternoon on his 1983 Honda motorcycle. Mr. White traveled at a high rate of speed southbound on Highway M-5 for several minutes. After driving his vehicle on this nice weather day, he returned to his residence where he remained within the confines of his residence throughout the duration of the surveillance.
NOTE: During this investigation, the subject was not observed wearing any medical braces and did not use the assistance of any medical devices. Also, the subject appeared to accomplish all tasks at hand in a normal fashion.
Further details of the investigation are set forth in the following pages.

The investigator entered the building under the pretense of a college student who knew Pammy at the Parks and Recreation Department (knowing that Pammy was not returning to work until April 26, 2005). Upon entering the building, Patrick White engaged in a conversation with this investigator and stated that he had to be there at 10:00 a.m. today to set up the lighting because he was the only person who knew how to do it.
